Please read everything on this page as it outlines all terms and conditions of our sales together with you (Buyer) and Seller (Treasured Collectibles and Gifts). You the buyer agree to all of the terms and conditions on this page by purchasing from Seller (Treasured Collectibles and Gifts).


Paying for your order is very simple. Add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart. You can add, remove, and update your shopping cart at any time before you checkout. If you’re ready to complete your order, click on the CHECKOUT button and our site will walk you through the process quickly and securely. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCHARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD, eCHECKS, PAYPAL, PERSONAL CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS/CASHIERS CHECKS. We believe Paypal is one of the safest and easiest ways to pay online. They process the entire transaction and your credit card information is never disclosed to us. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to complete your purchase. For more information on PAYMENT SECURITY please refer to our SECURITY POLICY below.


Our items are shipped directly from CENTRAL POINT, OREGON. We DO NOT use a drop ship service for any of our items. For the best shipping service possible, we ship via THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). You can choose from PRIORITY MAIL, FIRST CLASS MAIL, EXPRESS MAIL AND PARCEL POST. All these services come with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION and INSURANCE is included for FREE on packages over $100.00. For packages under this amount, you have the option of adding insurance to your order. We currently only ship within the UNITED STATES and CANADA. If you are an international buyer interested in purchasing from us, we can usually make an exception and ship to you. Please contact us first and provide information on which item(s) you want to purchase. Canada and all other international orders are subject to different rates than listed on our site.

Shipping Time

Shipping normally takes 2-8 days depending upon your location and which service you chose. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing from receipt of your credit card, eCHECK or money order payment. Check payments are subject to a clearance period of 7-10 days from date of receipt before shipment will commence.

Non-receipt or Incorrect item delivered

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the USPS you will be charged the shipping charges and the price of the item will be credited to you once we receive the item back, unless you want the item(s) re-shipped. If that is the case you will be charged additional shipping (no handling) to ship the item again. If this happens, we will contact you and let you know the status of the order. In the unlikely event that ships an incorrect item, we will be held responsible for all return shipping costs incurred (including any duties and taxes) for the original order as well as outbound shipping costs for the replacement order. Treasured Gifts and Collectibles will not be held liable for no one being home to accept the package and reserves the right to pass along any additional charges due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer. Please check your name, address and zip code carefully before submitting your order.

Each of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back! Simply return the item(s) within 30 days from the date it was received and we will refund the purchase price. If there was a manufacturer's defect with the item(s), then the entire cost of the item(s), plus shipping charges will be refunded, or you may also choose for us to replace and ship a new item(s). If you simply changed your mind or did not like the item(s), ONLY the price of the item(s) will be refunded. Please be sure to keep all products boxes and the box the order came in, until you are sure that you are keeping the item(s). Below are the simple set of guidelines we ask of you to ensure your return process is easy and prompt:

- Send us a brief email stating why you are returning the item(s)

- Return the item(s) in the same product box and shipping box they came in

- Include a copy of the original invoice or the order number

- Returns should have tracking number and insurance and be shipped via USPS

- All returned items must be in their original condition, if applicable, with tags still attached.

When will my credit card be refunded for my return?

Once your package has been received at, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
